Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your order’s progress on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery.. You will need to provide photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
