Tweedyswag Return Policy
Tweedyswag strives to provide our customers with high-quality baby and children's products. We understand that sometimes purchases don't work out, and we want to make the return process easy and convenient. This policy outlines the guidelines for returning items to Tweedyswag.
Returns within 14 Days:
You may return any new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered item with the original tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (minus any original shipping costs).
Inspection and Reporting Period:
Customers are required to inspect their purchases upon receipt and report any defects within 14 days. If no defects are reported within this 14-day window, the item will be considered received in good order, and any defects reported after this period may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or repair.
Warranty:
If a product has a manufacturer's warranty, please refer to the warranty information for instructions on how to make a claim.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
- Items that are washed, worn, altered, or damaged due to misuse will not be accepted for return.
- Items returned outside the designated return window (14 days).
- Items missing original tags or packaging.
Return Process:

- You will receive a return authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging (if possible) and include the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the return to the address provided in the RA instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- For defective or incorrect items reported within the specified period (14 days), we offer free return shipping. Contact customer service for a prepaid return label.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or replacement within 5 to 14 business days.
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must complete the return process for the original purchase and then place a new order for the desired item.
International Returns:
Due to the high costs associated with international shipping, we do not accept returns on international orders. We recommend reviewing our product descriptions and size guides carefully before purchasing to ensure satisfaction with your order.
